"There is little more to these components of this fantasy, which are
sexual and adolescent and, in retrospect, somewhat average, I now
realize."

"there is little more to (something)" means that almost everything about something has already been made known, and there is only a little bit of information about it that hasn't been mentioned. Here, the writer is saying that there is little more we can learn or say about the components of the fantasy.
