Usually you would say 会いたい (aitai), which literally means "I want to see (meet) you." You could also say 寂しい (sabishii), which means "I'm lonely (without you)." But there is no exact equivalent for "I miss you" when talking to a person.

会いたい(aitai) さみしい(samishii) 愛おしい(itooshii) It is incrude every meanings.
