I am by no means a expert when it comes to proper English grammar, BUT, Both sound right, but if it were me I I was going to put "will" in the sentence I would reword it like this:
"I hope you all will have and awesome future."
But the same could be said if you did not use "will"
"I hope you all have an awesome future."
Really thinking about it (I have been sitting here thinking for about 10 minutes on this question.) "Have" is present tense while will is "future" tense. Because the sentence is talking about something that isn't happening now, then I think "will have" would be correct. You hope the WILL HAVE an awesome future.
