I would say : - 우리 좋은 친구 될수있으면 좋겠어요. There are many ways to say 'good friends.' in korean. 좋은 친구 - joh eun chin gu 가장 친구 - gajang chin gu 짱 친구 - jjang chingu The first two is most suitable. The third one is the cuter way to say it.

우리는 좋은 친구가 될 희망 ... sorry if i wrong :) ... this is my thinking :)

I'm no native Korean, so I just post this as a comment, because I'm only 85% sure, but I'd say 우리가 친구 되면 좋겠어요! Another possibility: 우리가 친하면 좋겠어요! or
