what is difference between them in meaning?

I can damage something, then fix it and use it again. I may even be able to use it while it is damaged.
"The car was damaged, but the garage was able to fix it."
If something is spoiled, whatever was spoiled cannot be repaired or fixed. It may be replaced, but perhaps not.
"He spoiled the surprise."
"The fruit was spoiled and we had to throw it out."
You can also spoil a child by showing no discipline. If parents let a child do whatever he/she wants and the child always acts in a bad way, we say the child has bee spoiled.
If a person is treated exceptionally well, they might say as a joke, "Stop. You're spoiling me!"
