I think it's a technical term, but the translation for every word will be
altura: height
bajo: under
gancho: hook
maybe it refers to the height from the arm to the hook of the crane?

"en definitiva" means definitly, like "there is no doubt about something"

"muy importante" very important, maybe it refers to big things or fragil things, it's not clear
