What's the difference between "talk WITH sb" and "talk TO sb" ?
I'd really like to know when it is better to use these phrases , please share your ideas with me

They're similar. "Talk to" just states that you're making words at them. "Talk with" implies that there's more of a conversation. 99% of the time they're interchangeable.

"Talk to"...could be like a command, they guy that talk to you don't really listen. "Talk with", is more like a discussion...where both parties talk.
Be a "talk with" person!!
