The above answer is complete rubbish. You can have one or many marshes, and one or many moors. My understanding is that a moor is an open area - i.e. no trees, and only scrub or grass. A marsh is a wet/boggy/swampy area.

moor - plural, marsh - only. Example: many moor. one marsh.
