No, it's not. You should say: ''Something is not worth considering''. After the word 'worth' you have to use verb+ing, for example in these sentences:
'It's not worth watching this movie. It's boring!' or
'This movie is not worth watching'. It's kind of boring!
hope you understood it! ( you wondered whether the sentence was right or not, so it was worth explaining it to you!)
