أرغب و أريد
Both verbs mean the same " I want "
أرغب >>> Is more formal or Fush'a to use , it may also show that you're well-educated :)
Is more common with أرغب to be conjugated with the preposition " فى "- " ب"
Example " أرغب فى العودة إلى وطنى " أرغب بالعودة "
أريد >>>> Is more common to be conjuagted with different preposition " أن "
Example " أريد أن أتعلم اللغة العربية بشكل أفضل "

أرغب= I like , I would like to.
رغبة = desire
أريد = I want

they mean i want
but when you use them it depend
*أريد = when you like somethings and you can do it or it's near to be like the exemple of azygos
أريد أن أتعلم اللغة العربية بشكل أفضل
*أرغب= only like somethings but we use it when writing and in the discription -formal-
