노록노록 describes the color of good baked bread.
We usually use 노릇노릇 in stead of 노록노록.
내가내가 ---- to use for rhyme in poem or ad. or song.
the last sentence is everybody put jam on the bread which I have baked. Of course I also put jam on the bread. but
the focus is the bread that I have baked.

I hope you don't mind me taking a stab at these. I am learning Korean too, but I think I have most of it. However, I don't understand the use of the doubled words unless it is for emphasis. And I am assuming Norok is the retailer of bread (googled).
1) Norok bread was cooked. (the verb is "to become cooked", past tense)
2) Today, I am the family chef.
3) I put jam on the baked bread. (the verb 바르다 means to apply or smear)
