"mentalLY" = geistig, psychisch ("mental" kann in einem anderen Zusammenhang auch als "irre" oder "verrückt" übersetzt werden "he is absolutely mental"  = "er ist total irre/verrückt")
"physically" = physisch, körperlich

du kannst also sagen "psychisch und physisch"
oder "geistig und körperlich" 
z.B. "He is mentally and physically healthy" = "Er ist geistig und körperlich gesund"
