I assume you can read Korean ^^; "영어하는 분 계세요?" "영어하시는 분 계세요?" "영어하는 사람 있어요?" "영어 할 줄 아는 사람 계세요?" All those sentences have the same meaning. you can pick any sentence which you are comfortable with. Of course you can start with "안녕하세요" If there is no one who can speak English there, she may just hang-up, but maybe it's because she is embarrassed.
