some of them vs some of these
In the sentence: "There are various solutions. Some of them are..." can I also say: "There are various solutions. Some of these are..." ?
Which one is grammatically correct?
Is it possible that in spoken English, both forms can be used?
Thanks very much, in advance! :)

In this case you must use "them".

Some of them is correct.
I am not a native English speaker however I understand why there is a question about those or them, in other languages mostly its those but in English its THEM.
