What does mean "Pansy attitude"

"Pansy attitude" is an insult or put-down. Pansy itself means weak or wimpy. I assume you know what attitude means. You would see this in something competitive like sports. For instance at the end of a sporting event, if the losing team doesn't want to shake the winning team's hands; the losing team could be said to have a "pansy attitude."

Correction: "What does 'pansy attitude' mean?"
In addition to the answers already given, it can also be playful mocking of hesitation or nervousness. Imagine two climbers at the base of a rock. One is more experienced, one is less experienced.
climber1: "Wow! That rock looks bigger from this angle! Are you sure I can do this?"
climber2: "Forget that pansy attitude -- you'll do fine! Let's go!"
