Is this an Irish proverb?
"What whiskey will not cure, there is no cure for."
Since I'm interested in Irish English and culture, I wanted to share it with you guys. And tell me what do you think about this proverb lol

Yes, it is an Irish proverb. And I think you knew that before you wrote your question. :)
What do I think of it? I think the proverb is humorous on the surface level, but ultimately it is both absurd and sad. If people cannot solve their problems without turning to drink, then these people are either alcoholics who need treatment or they are people who hide from troubles by drinking. There are better solutions to life's problems and difficulties than to rely on getting drunk; that is refusing to take the problems on. It is a coward's way out an and immature way out.
