Please, what are the meanings of phrases ending "it up" when you put the name in front of it?
For example Sharpay it up, Ty it up.
And i would also would know what is the meaning of "vatalihootsit it up". Vatlihootsit is one holiday in one series. Try to write yor opinions. Thanx!

Well, since this is from a Disney channel show "Shake It Up", basically they've replaced the verb in the phrasal verb "to shake (something) up".
If you use a name as a verb (which is hardly standard English), then you do something in the manner of that person or place.
Interestingly, this "(verb) it up" pattern works a little like a perfective verb (ie. dokonavé sloveso), ie. you do the action to completion.
