내게로 와요
내게로 와요 = come to me (a song lyric)
It seems to be doubling up on the directional particles.
나 + 에게 + 로 와요 or 내 + 에게 + 로 와요
에게 means "to"
로 means "in the direction of" in this case (though I know it has other meanings)
So is this done to fit the music or does the doubling up of the particles give a clearer meaning?

So is this done to fit the music <- You understand correctly.
나에게 와요. 내게 와요.

you might be looking at a misspelling of 내계 which means "inner world" which is a hanja itself.

Auxiliary particles and special particle can be joined one another in order to clear the meaning or to give a force to the meaning.
for examples,
에-는, 에게-서, 에게-로, 에게-까지, 에게-만, 에게-도, etc....
