Is this sentence correct?
"He manipulated her with her children's life"I mean, is this sentence grammatically correct and does this sentence sound authentically English?

It is grammatically correct, but sounds slightly unnatural. The reason is that "manipulate" sounds like something you do by cunning rather than by force. How about "He threatened her with her children's life," or "he forced her to do [X] by threatening to harm her children"?

It is more natural to say:" He intimidated her by threatening the lives of her children"
