The fresh-squeezed rice noodles are made from high-quality rice that has first been soaked, ground, strained, fermented, rolled into balls, half steamed, blended and then made into noodles by pressing the resulting dough through a mold. [Two changes - 'that' instead of 'which' and 'a mold' instead of 'mould'.]
