Here you are? Do you use other ways to say "You're welcome"? If yes, what are they? For ex. "Here you are" . Is that suitable phrase for this case or not?

When you hand something to a person, you might say "here you are," meaning "here is the item you need or want." Could I have a cup of coffee?- Of course. Here you are You are welcome is the answer to Thank you Thank you very much. It's very kind of you.- You are welcome. I hope it helps

No, "here you are" doesn't mean "you're welcome". I would also say "no problem", "my pleasure"

"You're welcome" is used to answer "Thanks" or "Thank you." In another context, it means "It is okay," (Example: You're welcome to stay / It is okay for you to stay) I don't think there is a phrase as "Here you are" but I know "Here you go" which you say to someone when you're handing over something (like a borrowed pencil) People usually say "No problem" aside from "You're welcome."
