Basically in Arabic we say it (Do you have an Instagram / facebook ....) and it's translated to:
 (A'andak Instagram?) (3andak Instagram?) (عندك انستاغرام؟) "if you are adesseing your speech to a male.
 (A'andek Instagram?) (3andek Instagram?) (عندك انستاغرام؟) "if you are adesseing your speech to a female.
 it's different from male to female just because of the first word (A'andak or A'andek)
