Is the word"transport"countable when meaning vehicles?
For instance,should I say"There are many transports"or"There is a lot of transport."?Thank you.

Transport is not countable.
However, it doesn't really mean vehicles, either. You can point to a car and say "That's my transport", but it doesn't mean "That's my car", it means "That's how I will be transporting myself".
So your sentence "There is a lot of transport" doesn't sound right. You can say 'there are many means of transport', or 'there are many transport options', or 'there will be a lot of transport costs'. You would not say 'we took a lot of transport to get here' or 'all that transport kept me up last night'.
