How would a French person ask someone... "What kind of things do you like to do when you go out with friends?" I'm not looking for a literal translation of this, but more of how to ask this so that I wouldn't get funny looks. :-) Thanks.

I know this question and i know what do you want to ask : 1 - Tu aime faire quoi comme sortie ? means : what do you like to do as a way out About the transalation of your question , tien : Quel genre de choses que tu aime faire quand tu sortes avec des amis? "

It means in French : " Quel genre de choses aimes -tu (ou) aimez vous faire quand tu sors (ou) vous sortez avec des amis?"
