する ----> し
In this sentence
「宿題をしながら、 テレビを観る。」
I know that the "し" from "しながら" is a conjugation of the する verb, but i don't know which. I guess is from the て-form, since the ながら is used for two concurrent actions, but i'm not sure.
Can you help me identifying it?

Using 「ながら」 for concurrent actions
Change the first verb to the stem and append 「ながら」
Example
走る → 走り → 走りながら
For the negative, attach 「ながら」
Example
走る → 走らない → 走らないながら
Taken from: http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/grammar/timeactions (Espanyol: http://www.guidetojapanese.org/spanish/timeaction2.html )
So your example should actually be: テレビを見ながら、宿題をする。
Does this makes sense? I hope you find this useful.
