Could you tell me the plural noun of "mouse" is always "mice" when it does not mean the animal?

I use the term "mice" for multiple computer pointing devices. Mice are nice though touch screens are nicer.

Hello Victoria:
I am unclear about your meaning when you indicate that MICE is not a reference to an animal; because so far as I know, MICE refers to nothing but an animal.
Could you be referring to a computer mouse? If so, the plural of Mouse is still MICE.

Nobody really has a good answer to that as it's still being determined. Both usages just feel wrong to say.
