yeah I know in Turkish it´s sometimes even "seni cok seviyorum"... in German it´s "Ich liebe dich"... in French it´s "Je t' aime" ... in Portuguese and Latin it´s "Te amo" and in Italian it´s "Ti amo"... that´s all I know, because it stands on my table napkins at home :D
...but there´s a whole page about saying "I love you" in several languages:

사랑해 in Korean. Aht keum and ben yiyim are all I know in Turkish. I'm not sure the spelling of first one, but it sounded like that. I remember it refers to ‘My love’ and last one refers to ‘I'm fine’.
