Jeferson, las palabras "although" y "though" significan ambas "aunque". Puedes decir Aunque ella no sabe siempre intenta dar una respuesta. Although she does not know, she always tries to give an answer. Though she does not know, she always tries to give an answer. Ahora, hay un uso de la palabra "though" que es algo diferente en idea. A) Compré un auto nuevo B) Pero ella no sabe A) I bought a new car B) She does not know though. En este caso sólo se puede usar la palabra "though", no puedes usar "although". En cuanto a "albeit" es una abreviación de "although be that".

There isn't much difference, but 'albeit' is rarely used nowadays except in academic essays. Many prefer 'although' at the beginning of a sentence: Although I asked him, he didn't come. But both are fine here: He didn't come though/although I asked him.
