Enough has been said.
I often hear the phrase " Enough HAS been said " but never " Enough HAVE been said ".
It somehow bends my mind why there's not ' have' actually used to the simple reason of emphasizing the abundance of said words?

Yeah, you can't say "enough HAVE been said." If you want to use HAVE, you need to use an object to pair with it. So, you could say "enough WORDS have been said on that subject" to mean that nothing else needs to be said. The topic has been dealt with.
Similarly "Enough has been sung = enough songs have been sung" or "enough has been written = enough books/articles/papers have been written.."
