what is the different between self-driving travel and road trip?
what is the different between self-driving travel and road trip? Do they carry the same meaning?
If a native English speaker want to express the word like self-driving, what will they say?
Thank you.O(∩_∩)O

"Self-driving travel" sounds very awkward and unnatural. Just use "road trip".

A road trip is usually used for vacations or long trips. For example, "We went on a road trip to Disney World." For "self-driving," you could say "I'm going to drive to/ I drove to _____," or "I'm going to drive myself to/ I drove myself to ________." You can't really use self-driving in a sentence.

As said above, "self-driving travel" sounds awkward. The only time that "self-driving" would sound natural to me is in the context of the new self-driving cars from Google that are literally driven without the aid of a human being (the car drives itself in this case).

Self Driven is being used when you are driving your own vehicles, while road trip is being used when you are using any public transport or other vehicle, which has a driver.
