What is the difference between 'cloths' and 'clothes'?

Cloth is a piece of material usually used to make clothes, its plural is cloths.
Clothes, on the other hand, are the articles of fabric you wear... pants, skirts, dresses, etc. There is no plural for this word (may already consider it plural).

Cloth is a fabric made by weaving, knitting, or felting thread or fibers.
Clothes are things worn on body or garments that cover the body.
