what's the meaning of "pally-mally"? This is one of lines in the episode of Friend's first season. "Now you're gonna be in a wheelchair the rest of your life, pally-wally..." What's the meaning of pally-wally in this sentence? Thanks in advance.

are you sure it's not pally-wally? Which means they are inseparable and very alike each other. Mainly used in British English but quite outdated. American English would say "two peas in a pod".

Probably connected to Pall Mall - a street in central London with numerous clubs - so means somewhat like/reminiscent of Pall Mall.
