Hi Dylan, First of all you need to turn on your "Chat Now" and "Send mail" This way you will be able to communicate with your friends and they can also contact you, I hope this helps. Norman

Hi you need to go to chat or install SKYPE on your computer [www.skype.com] then if your friend has SKYPE you can both talk for free.
