when i find in dictionary japan-english,it's mean,i miss him.is it right?please correct me if i have wrong in japanese language.

There are several ways to express "I miss him" in Japanese. I would say "Karega inakute samishii." 
The back translation into English is "I feel lonely as he is not here." 
It is something like "(Saya) Rindu dia" in Indonesian (Malay).
