Could you tell me if "talent" is accountable or not accountable? Does it have plural form?

"Accountable" and "countable" are two different words. You mean "countable". ;)
Talent can be uncountable to mean the general sense. "There's a lot of talent among the young people of today."
When talent is made countable or plural, we mean a particular example of talent, or a certain list of talents. "She has a talent for making people agree with her." "He is a man of many talents."
