For interlope, the first thing I would say is that it's not used very much at all. Many native speakers would not know what it means, whereas meddle and intrude are easily understood by everyone. With the meaning, I would say it isn't really used as a synonym for 'meddle' in the sense of messing up someone's things. It really just refers to being an unwelcome guest. Also I would say it is rarely used as a verb, more likely it would be a noun, eg 'the interlopers'. Examples: He was an athiest who felt like an interloper in this religious gathering.
