What's the Plural of 'Sinus' ? (in an anatomic sense)
I know that a 'Sinus' is a paired air cavity/space (pocket) found in the cranial (head) bones. However, what's the Plural of 'Sinus' - is it 'Sinuses' or is it 'Sini' ?

It is sinuses, apparently the addition of ES or changing US to I is based on if the word is Latin based or not.
