妥投：意思就是已经妥善投到收寄人手里。妥善投递的缩写 ，也就是邮件已经被收件人签收。所谓妥投只是EMS的说法，其实并不一定是妥善投到收寄人手里。许多邮件是在收发室被签收的，EMS并没有把包裹交到收件人手中就提前自行结束了义务。这样引起的损失，只能我们收件人自己承担了。
