How to translate USD 113.60?
SAY US DOLLARS ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN AND SIX, is this right?
I am confused about USD 0.60

I would say:
"One hundred thirteen dollars and sixty cents."
In US English, the word "sixty" would almost always be followed the word "cents". About the only time we wouldn't say "cents" is if it is stated like this:
"One thirteen, sixty." This would be a very informal way speaking.
Note that a lot of people add the word "and" after "hundred", but it isn't necessary. (I had a grade school teacher who drove the use of "and" when stating numbers right out of me.)

113.60 would be "One Hundred and Thirteen Dollars and SIXTY CENTS".
0.60 = SIXTY
0.06 = SIX
