Did I translate it correctly? 俺は余裕って言うよりテキトーなんだよ。 どーでもいいって思ってるから余裕に見えるのかも。 とりあえずテキトーに合わせとけば問題ないし People keep telling me that I do everything properly. I just don't care and I can't do anything about that. For now, I'm fine with just doing things properly. I know that this translation is rather poor, but I'm only wondering if I got the general meaning right? Thanks in advance.

It’s not leeway but indifference which affords me to look relaxed. Everything works fine as long as I play along with others without much thought. The meaning of テキトー (てきとう/適当) depends on context. In this case, he emphasizes how much he cares about nothing.

I think that テキトー here is not "properly," but "without putting much thoughts".
