"Hello yourself" is a friendly response when somebody greets you. Tom greets Huck: "Hello, Huckleberry!" Huck replies: "Hello yourself, and see how you like it." It's slightly old-fashioned, but not unusual, to have somebody respond "Hello yourself" when you greet them with "Hello". It's the same as saying "hello back to you".
