Ah, i would take shot guessing you mean to relate that to the naruto anime series. Well, to start, i must clarify that in the Japanese language, an ending can be added with no meaning to make the tone sound more tough, childish, girlish, or many other changes depending on the many existing endings. It is rather similar to dialects if you may, although that particular word is more for that individual. If you watch other japanese animes/movies/dramas, you'll notice other characters using certain other words too~
In the english dubbing for naruto, you may find them saying something like "believe it!" or wad not. The main reason is just to fit in the mouth flaps of the dattebayo. Hope this helps =)
