永久，更多指的是具体的事物，比如以前中国有个自行车品牌叫永久，就是指使用时间经久耐用。
永远，更多跟心理上和情感上的因素联系在一起。比如，我希望自己永远不要长大。

actually it is not easy to tell its difference. their meaning crossed eachother and can be replaced and alternative. :)

长久：存在的时间长，但迟早会消失。

永久：永远，没有终止，始终存在。（当然实际上并不是绝对的）
