How to say "I can't help but do something"? I just learnt "-bilmek" suffix to mean "can do something" and also negative form. So we have "koşabilirim" -- "I can run" and "koşamam" -- "I cannot run". How do I say "I cannot not run" -- meaning "I can't help but run" or "I can't help running"? "I am not able not to run" has the same meaning.
