What is the difference between "solution" and "resolution" ?
Which word is right as I said: I have gotten a satisfied resolution/solution from Italki. Also what is the difference between that two words?

No, it is not like schedule/reschedule or read/reread. Good guess, but this is English. A solution was proposed. Once you accepted the solution, the problem was resolved. They resolved the problem.

Is it like"schedule, reschedule; view, review; read; reread"?

A solution is a means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation. A resolution is either a firm decision to do or not to do something, or the action of solving a problem, dispute, or contentious matter. I assume you mean in the second case. I would not use either in that sentence, however, I would use "result" and "satisfactory". "I have gotten a satisfactory result from Italki".
