About the word 'determined' Can I say "He is a determined person" when I want to express that he always makes a firm decision and executes the end of the plan? I mean, can I just put "determined" here, right in front of " the person"? I looked it up in the Oxford English-Chinese dictionary, in which they say it can't be used before noun. But I doubt it. So, I need your help. Thank you!

You can definitely say "He is a determined person." in reference to the type of man you are describing. You can also "He is very determined." Or "His determination is admirable." While I can't promise it's grammatically correct, it is used often in casual english conversation. Hope this helps!
