What does "wipe your nose" mean?
I checked on google and found below is match with my question:
to eradicate or cancel (a thought, memory, etc.)
so, wipe your nose means to eradicate any thought, is it correct?
the full sentence is: "wipe your nose and go to sleep"

It seems if used when 2 people are arguing that they are meaning stop crying, "wipe your nose", stop thinking about it and go to sleep. ~ kind of like saying get over it.

The expression has been taken out of context. In your sentence is may simply be equivalent to ''wash your face''.
