Which sentence is correct? Would you please answer it?
The bedroom need decorating.
The bedroom need to be decorated.
If both are right, would like to tell me the differences between them?

Both sentences should use "needs" instead of "need."
The first sentence is more direct. The second sentence uses a passive voice.

They're both correct. My sense is your first sentence is a somewhat more common way to phrase it, but again, either is correct. There's really no difference at all in meaning.
