throughout / over / along the year Can we interchange these meaning the same thing? We´ve been meeting over/ throughout/ along the year.

I think throughout is best. with the other 2 I would say: We've been meeting over the course of the year. Throughout the year, we've been meeting all along. (But this is not a good sentence.)

For the first two, yes they are fine to use. The last one I have not heard used in native English.
