Hey Selena, the sentence is simple:Subject is *企业*,Predicate verb is *取得了*,Object is *成绩*,Attributive is *令人瞩目的*。*令人瞩目的* modify *成绩*. if despite the attributive, the sentence is 企业取得了成绩,if we want to modify the *成绩*,the sentence is 企业取得了令人瞩目的成绩.Translate it in English:The enterprises have achieved spectacular achievements.

企业 // 取得了 // 令人瞩目//**的 成绩**.
The enterprises got results THAT/WHICH got people's attention.
Always look for the 的, because the noun following it is your key to deciphering the sentence. 的 is “"that" or "which" -- "the one that" -- something like that. The whole phrase before the 的 is describing the noun following it.

I think, your translation is not bad,but sometimes Sentences can not be translated literally.Otherwise you would have made it too, complicated And not like real Chinese. Finally the enterprise got outstanding achievement.
